Controller
This notice is issued by Fenu Yacht (Rüstem Mah. Karlı Sk. No:16/B, Urla / İzmir, Türkiye) as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we process
Identity and contact details you send through our forms (name, email, phone, country), the content of your request (model of interest, preferences, message), consent records (time of consent, notice version, a one-way hash of your IP address) and, if you allow it, statistical data about how the site is used.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your request, preparing your offer, planning yard visits and show meetings: necessary to enter into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Preventing abuse and keeping the service secure: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Emails about new models and show invitations, and site statistics: your consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients
We share data only with the providers we use to run the service: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), customer relationship management (HubSpot), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and, if you allow it, statistics (Plausible or Google Analytics). Some are located outside Türkiye and the EU; such transfers rely on safeguards under KVKK art. 9 and the GDPR, or on your consent.
A dealership enquiry is shared with the authorised Fenu Yacht representative for your region only if you ask for it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for two years after our last exchange, or for the statutory periods if a contract is concluded. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR arts. 15–22 you may access, correct or erase your data, object to processing, port your data and withdraw consent. Write to info@fenuyacht.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to the supervisory authority in your country.
